2. Data we process and purpose
We only process the data you provide through the contact form (name, email address, optional phone number and message content) with the sole purpose of handling and replying to your enquiry. It will not be used for commercial purposes or added to marketing databases.
3. Legal basis
Processing is legitimised by your consent, given by ticking the form's acceptance box (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
4. Recipients and processors
Data is not disclosed to third parties. The form is emailed via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), acting as data processor, and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. These providers may involve international transfers of data to the USA covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, at most, for legally required periods. Once resolved, it is securely deleted.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@quatre40optics.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe processing does not comply with the regulations.
7. Security measures
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encrypted connection, restricted access and data minimisation) to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
8. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14. If a minor wishes to write to us, they must do so through a parent or legal guardian.
